Our services
Fiive Studio provides custom software development, integrations, automation, digital transformation consulting, and AI models, and operates its own software products such as Atlas. The specific conditions of each project or subscription — scope, deliverables, pricing, service levels, and intellectual property — are agreed in the corresponding contract or statement of work, which prevails over these general terms.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in the corresponding contract, intellectual property developed in each project is governed by the agreement with each client. The content of this website — texts, trademarks, logos, and images — is the property of Fiive S.A.S. or its respective owners and may not be reproduced without authorization.
Use of the site
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to attempt to compromise its security, availability, or integrity. Information published on the site is informational and does not constitute a binding commercial offer.
Liability
Fiive Studio shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of this website to the maximum extent permitted by law. Liability arising from service delivery is governed by each project's contract.
Governing law
We operate from Cali and Medellín (Colombia) and Toronto (Canada). These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without prejudice to mandatory rules of the jurisdiction where each service is provided.
